QAntum (“the App”) is provided by QANTUM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to support construction-site compliance and proof-of-work record-keeping.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information within the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information required for the App’s core functions:

Photos and media

• When you attach photos, the App requests permission to use your device’s camera and/or photo library.
• Photos are uploaded solely as proof of completed work.
• These files are stored securely in our cloud environment on Supabase, which provides managed PostgreSQL storage and object storage.
• Our Supabase storage is domiciled in the Amazon Web Service ap-southeast-2 region in Sydney, Australia
  

Account and project data

• Basic account details such as name, email, and organization (tenant) are stored to manage access and ownership of records.
• Project data (e.g., job names, notes, timestamps) is associated with your organization’s account.
  

Diagnostic and usage data

• Limited technical information (such as error logs) may be collected automatically to help us maintain system reliability and performance.
  

We do not collect contact lists, location data, or any unrelated content from your device.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

• Provide and maintain compliance records and proof-of-work documentation;
• Enable secure multi-tenant access for your organization;
• Diagnose issues and improve system stability; and
• Fulfil legal or safety obligations where required.

We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising or marketing.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data, including photos, is stored in Supabase’s secure cloud infrastructure, which employs industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest.
Each organization’s data is logically separated using unique tenant identifiers to prevent unauthorized access.
Administrative access to stored data is restricted and audited.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties except:

• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or
• When explicitly authorized by your organization’s administrator for integration with approved third-party systems.

5. Your Choices and Controls

• You can contact us at any time to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

6. Children’s Privacy

This App is intended for professional use in the building and construction industry and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at the link below.

9. Google Play Disclosure

This App requests access to your camera and photo/media library for the limited purpose of allowing you to capture and upload photos as proof of work.
These photos remain private within your organization’s account and are not shared externally without authorization.
